Abstract
Angiolipomas (AL) are rare benign mesenchymal tumors that are distinguished from lipomas by proliferating vessels. They are categorized as non-infiltrating and less frequent infiltrating angiolipomas. The lesions previously described as deep infiltrating angiolipomas have now been recognized by the WHO as intramuscular hemangiomas. We report a 27-year-old man with an intramuscular hemangioma (Infiltrating angiolipoma) involving the left temporalis and masseter muscles.
